A quick rant...Barnett Crossbows

Okay! Totally agree... I have been hunting w/ a compound bow for almost a decade now. Here in Texas they have recenly passed a law allowing crossbow hunting during archery season. Anyway, I really don't care too much for them. I just bought one so my father could hunt w/ me. I hunt an archery only property. I bought the barnett jackal. What a waste of time and money. As soon as I got it I noticed the bolts did not sit on the track correctly, and it launched arrows all over the place! Nothing was consisitent. Called barnett and they told me to return it and they will fix it(turn around rate was 2 weeks)... Well, I didnt buy a buy to have it be repaired. Nevertheless, I sent it in and they sent me another one. Okay. Well the other one I received was junk too. Bolts never sit on track correctly. Finally I get my 3rd bow in... Ha! Wrong ring mounts for their scope! I could not ever win. Wish I had went to the Horton Summit explorer. My friend has one... Despite it being slower. You can certainly tell that horton(or any othe manufacturer of bows) has way more quality. I wasted over $300 on a junk bow. And, some of the staff were very rude when I called in to get repairs/parts.That is my review of the barnett jackal crossbow. And, am pretty sure most of their other products are junk.
